摘要
四角切圆燃烧方式在电厂中的应用很广泛,但是这种燃烧方式也有其自身的缺点:如燃烧器区域温度水平低,着火条件差,炉膛出口残余旋转大,水平烟道温度分布不均匀,容易产生热偏差和水冷壁的爆管等。因此近几年来四墙切圆燃烧方式具有很好的工程应用前景。以某电厂600 MW超超临界四墙切圆直流摆动式燃烧器为工程原型建立模型,通过FLUENT数值计算软件,来用数值模拟的方法研究直流摆动式燃烧器在上下不同摆角下的燃烧特性与流动特性,根据数值模拟的结果分析其燃烧特性和流动特性,确定了四墙切圆燃烧方式的合理工况,为四墙切圆燃烧锅炉的运行提供了参考。
Tangentially burner application is used extensively in power plant boilers, but it also has its own disadvantages: such as low temperature in the burner-region, poor firing conditions, large rotary residual at furnace export, the uneven temperature distribution level at the stack, prone to thermal deviation and explosion of the water tubes. So in recent years wall arrangement boiler has a good engineering prospect. Prototype was adopted of wall tangentially DC Swing burners of an ultra-supercritical coal-fired 600 MW power plant boiler. using the numerical simulation method by FLUENT. The numerical simulation results of DC Swing burners gave the combustion characteristics and flow characteristics at different swing levels, and according to the results of numerical simulation the combustion characteristics and flow characteristics were analyzed, and the reasonable working condition of the wall arrangement was decided. It provides the reference of the operation of the wall arrangement combustion boiler.
