摘要
介孔分子筛材料以其独特的孔道结构和孔径分布、高的比表面积及较好的热稳定性和水热稳定性等特点,近年来被广泛地用作油品深度加氢脱硫催化剂载体。本文系统综述了近年来MCM、HMS、SBA、KIT等系列介孔分子筛载体应用于油品深度加氢脱硫(HDS)的国内外研究现状。重点讨论了金属、氧化物、酸、磷、与其它载体复合等载体改性方式对HDS催化剂结构(比表面积、孔径和孔容)、酸性、活性相的结构和形态、活性相的分散性、载体与活性相的相互作用以及HDS催化活性等的影响,进而合理分析了介孔分子筛作为HDS催化剂载体的优越性和存在问题,并展望了其未来的应用前景。
In recent years mesoporous molecular sieves have been widely used as catalyst supports for deep hydrodesulfurization(HDS)of oil products because of their ordered pore structure,narrow pore size distribution,large surface area,high thermal and hydrothermal stability.In this paper,the advance in application of mesoporous molecular sieves MCM,SBA,HMS,KIT,etc.,in deep hydrodesulfurization of oil products is reviewed.The effects of the different modified methods of mesoporous molecular sieves,including incorporation of metals and oxides,modification of acid,addition of phosphorus,and recombination of other supports,on the structure,morphology and dispersion of the catalyst and active phase,acidity of the catalyst,interaction of active phase with support,and the HDS catalytic activity are investigated.Furthermore,the advantages and existing problems of mesoporous molecular sieves as HDS catalyst supports are discussed,and future applied prospects are forecasted.
