摘要
本文通过真空蒸镀法制备得到含银型高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)基抗菌复合膜(Ag2O/HDPE),利用原子力显微镜、扫描电子显微镜及原子吸收光谱法测试手段对膜进行了表征,并考察了复合膜的抗菌动力学和抗菌长效性,以及对细菌的黏附性。结果表明,HDPE上的银离子含量为7.0020μg/cm2,无机镀层厚度为17.2 nm。抗菌实验发现,复合膜能在3 h内将大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌全部杀死,并且无机镀层能在一定程度上提高膜表面平滑度,减少细菌在膜表面上的黏附量。但由于无机镀层与HDPE基膜的结合力不够强,该膜不具有抗菌长效性。
The Ag2O layers were coated by vacuum evaporation on as-deposited high density polyethylene(HDPE) sheets,120 μm in thickness.The microstructures and antibacterial properties of the composite Ag2O/HDPE films were characterized with atomic force microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and atomic absorption spectroscopy.The results show that the Ag2O/HDPE composite film displays excellent antibacterial activities against a variety of bacteria,such as Escherichia coli,and Staphylococcus.For instance,the composite films wiped out the germs in less than three hours.Moreover,the Ag2O films flatten the surface roughness of the HDPE film,reducing possible adhesion and multiplication of bacteria.However,the antibacterial activities of the Ag2O/HDPE films only last for a short time.
