难治性癫痫发病机制研究进展
摘要
难治性癫痫（refractory epilepsy，RE）约占癫痫患者总数的1／3。虽然迄今对RE定义尚未达成共识，但一般基于治疗学指标认为，凡是序贯或联合应用至少3种抗癫痫药物（antiepileptic drugs，AEDs），给予足够或可耐受的剂量，
