摘要 对近几年来各国学者对HLA-B*1502等位基因与抗癫痫药物致不同种族严重皮肤反应关系的研究进行了综述,并对可能的机制进行初步分析,以期对合理使用抗癫痫药物,预防和减少严重不良反应提供思路。 To present a review on the research of the association between HLA-B＊1502 allele and the severe cutaneous adverse reactions in different race induced by anti-epileptic drugs in recent years.The mechanisms were preliminary analysised to provide reference on the rational use of anti-epileptic drugs and prevent and reduce the serious adverse events.
