摘要
重庆菜园坝长江大桥为刚构与提篮式钢箱系杆拱、桁梁、正交异性桥面板的组合结构,大桥钢桁梁杆件的尺寸和孔群精度控制、钢箱拱的线型和孔群精度控制、整体节段的制造精度控制是制作中的技术难点,通过在整体节点杆件半品件加工、胎型组装、焊接变形、栓孔钻制,钢箱拱组装、预拼装,钢桁梁整体节段预拼装等方面采取的各项工艺措施,重庆菜园坝长江大桥制作精度满足《重庆菜园坝长江大桥制造验收规则》的要求,工地架设顺利。实践证明,所采取的工艺措施合理、可行。
Chongqing Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge is combined steel structure of basket-like steel box arc,truss girder and orthotropic bridge deck.The technical difficulties are introduced which are control of dimensions and precision of hole group for truss girder,linear and precision of hole group of steel box arc and large section fabrication precision,etc.By procedures and methods for node member semi-finished products processing,assembly in platform,welding deformation,hole drilling,steel box arc fit-up and trial assembly and trial assembly of steel truss girders,etc,the precision production of Chongqing Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge is in accordance with requirements of Chongqing Caiyuanba Yangtze River Bridge Fabrication and Inspection Regulation.Site erection was carried out smoothly.The result has proved that all procedures and methods for the bridge is reasonable and feasible.
