摘要
目的:优化经络贴巴布剂基质配方。方法:采用正交设计,以初黏力、持黏力、膏体综合感官性能为评价指标,优化处方中的Viscomate NP-700、甘羟铝和甘油的配比。结果:优化处方中的Viscomate NP-700用量为3.0 g,甘羟铝为0.07 g,甘油为18 g。结论:通过优化处方配比,可制得外观优良、黏附性能良好的经络贴巴布剂。
Objective:To optimize the matrix formulation and preparation procedure of Channels Catapasm.Methods:Taking tackness,cohesive strength and general sensory as evaluation indexes,orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the matching of Viscomate NP-700,aluminium glycinate and glycerol.Results:The optimal matching of Viscomate NP-700,aluminium glycinate and glycerol was 3.0 g,0.07 g and 18 g respectively.Conclusion:Channels catapasm with good appearance,viscoelasticity and quanlity controllable can be prepared by optimizing the optimal matrix formulation.
