摘要
为探索T电轴的正常范围及其临床意义,分析60例正常人、31例左束支传导阻滞、26例右束支传导阻滞、29例左心室肥大、18例左束文传导阻滞伴左心室肥大、33例右心室肥大和14例右束支传导阻滞伴右心室肥大患者的心电图T电轴.其结果分别为42.9°±21.9°、141.8°±70.7°、48.0°±31.2°、145.2°±58.6°、36.5°±38.0°、41.8°±22.5°和41.1°±22.0°,其中左束支传导阻滞和左束支传导阻滞伴左心室肥大与正常人T电轴范围差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01),而其余各组与正常人T电轴的差异无显著意义(P>0.05).提示60例正常人T电轴范围0°~±86°可作为正常T电轴的参考值,左束支传导阻滞是引起T电轴异常的原因之一.
To investigate T wave axis normal range and its clinical significance , electrocardiographic T wave axis of 60 cases normal persons, 31 cases with left bundle branch block. 26 cases with right bundle branch block, 29 cases with left ventricular hypertrophy, 18 cases with left bundle branch bolck and left ventricular hypertrophy, 33 cases with right ventricular hypertrophy as well as 14 cases with right bundle branch block and right ventricular hypertrophy were analyzed. Results were 42.9氨 21.9? 141.8??70.7? 48.0氨 31.2? 145.2??58.6? 36.5氨38.0? 41.8氨22.5? 41. 1氨 22.0?respectively. There was signifcant difference of T axis between patients with left bundle branch block, left bundle branch block, with left ventricular hypertrophy and normal persons (P < 0.01). No significant difference was found among others (P > 0.05) . Normal value of T axis ranges from 0?~ ?86? Left bundle branch block would one of reasons that could cause abnormality of T axis.
