摘要
以液压支架供液管路为研究对象,建立了包括长管路的支架液压系统数学模型,并利用MATLAB/Simulink工具包对其动态特性进行仿真分析,研究了管长、管径、管材体积弹性模量对立柱升柱速度曲线的响应时间及超调量的影响。建模及仿真方法可为其他液压系统动特性研究提供借鉴。
Taking hydraulic support's liquid pipeline as the research object,a mathematical model was established for the support's hydraulic system including long pipeline, and the influence of pipe's length,diameter and modulus of volume elasticity on the post rising speed curve's response time and overshoots were investigated by analyzing the models using MATLAB/Simulink toolkit. The modeling and simulation methods can provide reference for the study of dynamic characteristics of other hydraulic systems.
