摘要
大倾角厚煤层开采是长沟峪矿现阶段面临的最主要的技术难题。文章根据该矿区实际煤岩赋存条件,提出单体撑侧向放柔掩支架采煤技术,即使用单体支柱对架体进行支撑,实现了大倾角条件下柔掩支架的正常下放;采用侧向放煤关键技术实现了厚煤层一次采全高。实践证明,这种采煤技术具有良好的社会效益和经济效益,其研究成果可在长沟峪矿及同等条件的煤层进行推广使用。
It is the most difficult technical problems of elevation angle and thick coal seam mining in Changgouyu Coal Mine. According to the actual conditions of this mining area, this paper proposed a technology of single support and flexible shield bracket, that is use the single prop on the rack support, which realized normal support under elevation angle, use lateral caving realized thick coal seam mining overall high. This practice proved that this technology has a good social and economic benefits, the research results can promote in Changgouyu Coal Mine and equal conditions seam.
