神经营养因子对耳蜗螺旋神经元的作用 被引量:6

摘要 感音神经性听力损失主要源自耳蜗毛细胞和/或螺旋神经元的损伤和退化,耳蜗螺旋神经元(spiralganglionneuron,SGN)是传导听觉信息的一级神经元,噪声、感染、耳毒性药物和衰老等诸多因素直接或者间接使螺旋神经元受损,可导致感音神经性听力损失,而哺乳动物螺旋神经元的再生能力非常低,因此保护螺旋神经元或者修复受损的螺旋神经元对恢复听力有关键性的作用。
