摘要 微小RNA(miRNAs)是一类长度为22 nt左右的高度保守的内源性小分子非编码RNA,通过与靶基因的3'-UTR结合,对靶基因进行切割或翻译抑制。miR-103作为microRNA家族中重要的一员,不仅在子宫内膜癌、卵巢癌、白血病、胰腺癌、膀胱癌等多种肿瘤中发挥调控作用,且在糖脂代谢、无脑畸形的发病等方面有着潜在的作用。 MicroRNAs(miRNAs) are a group of small noncoding RNAs of about 22 nucleotides in length,which mediate the post-transcriptional gene modulation by annealing to incomplete complementary sequences in the 3′untranslated regions of target mRNAs.miR-103 as an important member of microRNA family,plays a regulatory role in multiple tumors;it also has a potential role in non-tumor diseases.
