摘要
建设项目管理中不可避免存在各种各样的风险,本文结合个人实际经历,在相关文献资料的基础上,总结了建设项目管理中存在的风险,并提出了相应的控制策略,以期为工程项目管理人员提供参考。
There are various inevitable risks in the construction project managements. Based on the individual practical experience and related literature material, the existing risks of the construction project management are summarized and the corresponding control strategies are put forward. Therefore, this paper can provide references for the project managers.
