摘要
随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,我国现行的环境工程管理模式已经不能适应新形势的要求。通过剖析我国环境工程管理中存在的问题,提出了建立环境工程市场的思想,并对建立市场各个环节提出了相应的对策。
With the establishment of socialist market economy system,China＇s existing environmental engineering management can not meet the requirements of the new situation.This paper analyzes the problems in management of our environmental engineering,proposes the concepts of establishing environmental engineering market,and provides countermeasures to every aspect in establishing the market.
