摘要
通过对逆变焊机IGBT驱动及保护电路的分析与改造,提高了焊机的性能,大大降低了IGBT模块的损坏几率。
With analysis and modification of IGBT drive and protecting circuit in the inverter welding machine,the performance of the welding is improved,which greatly reduces the risk of damage to IGBT modules
