摘要
先以活性炭吸附栀子花所散发的头香成分,然后用超临界CO_2对吸附的头香成分进行抽提,所得头香成分的质量和得率均高于传统的溶剂法净油.该方法可回收鲜花在堆放过程中所散发的头香成分而不影响其进行溶剂萃取时的浸膏得率.本文还研究了栀子花头香成分的散发规律。
This paper suggested a new technology of recovering the headspace volatiles from fresh flower of Gardenia jasminoides by active carbon absorption, followed by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction from the adsorbent-in all the yields of 0.029%. The headspace volatiles, a transparent and light yellow liquid, resembles the fresh flower very much in fragrance, but differs fr- om its absolute oil obtained by solvent extraction. The regularity of releasing volatiles from the fresh flower and extracting properties of the supercritical carbon dioxide flu- id are studied.
