摘要
工学结合是一种校企合作的职业教育人才培养模式,打破了传统的学历型人才培养模式,是现代职业教育发展的必然要求。营造良好的外部环境,完善内部运行机制,推进工学结合,是提高职业教育人才培养质量的根本保证。
Work-integrated learning is a personnel training mode of vocational education for enterprises,which breaks the traditional diploma education personnel training mode as an inevitable requirement of modern vocational education.Creating good external environment,perfecting internal operation mechanism and promoting the education of work-integrated learning are the fundamental guarantee to improve the personnel training quality of vocational education.
