摘要
在国家电网公司建设坚强智能电网战略目标的指引下,华北电网结合三维虚拟地球技术、海拉瓦技术、2.5 m卫星影像技术和网络并发优化技术建立了输电线路三维全景系统,实现了企业级GIS在华北电网500 kV输电线路上的应用。基于该系统建立了输电线路智能化生产管理模式,实现了智能输电网信息展示、智能化生产管理及辅助决策、智能化防灾减灾及应急指挥管理、智能化应急抢修支持和智能化在线监测图形化平台等功能,完成了相关标准化信息管理制度,实现了项目成果面向输电生产管理不同环节的应用。
Following the State Grid' s strategic objective of building a strong smart grid, North China Grid Company built a three-dimensional panoramic view system for transmission line monitoring. The system adopted 3D virtual earth technology, HELAVA technoh)gy, 2.5 m satellite imaging technology, and network concurrent optimization technology. Based on the 3D panoramic view system,smart production managements was deployed for 500 kV transmission lines. 3D panoramic view system supports smart information display, intelligent production management and decision assistance, disaster prevention and mitigation, emergency repair support, and intelligent graphic platform for on-line monitoring systems. Standardized information management system was also completed with all-round application in production and management of transmission lines.
