摘要
随着渗滤液新的排放标准生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准(GB 16889-2008)的颁布,渗滤液的处理变得更加严格。为了达到相应排放标准,进行了MBR-NF工艺处理渗滤液的中试研究。研究结果表明,MBR-NF工艺可以有效处理渗滤液,出水COD、氨氮和总氮质量浓度分别低于100、25、40 mg·L-1。其去除效率分别可达98%、99%和95%以上。总氮的处理是整个工艺的关键,必须通过二级反硝化和外加碳源的方式加以去除。纳滤系统对COD处理效果非常有效,但对氨氮和总氮的去除效率较为有限,同时纳滤系统将产生20%的浓缩液,需要进一步处理。
As the promulgation for new standard ofleachate discharging, Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill Site of Municipal Solid Waste (GB 16889--2008), the treatment ofleachate was more strict, In order to reach the standard, a pilot study to treat leachate by MBR+NF process had been conducted. The research results showed that the leachate can be treated by MBR-NF process effectively. The COD, ammonium and total nitrogen concentration of effluent were below 100 mg·L^-1, 25 mg·L^-1 and 40mg·L^-1. Their removal efficiency can reach above 98% ,99% and 95% respectively. Total nitrogen removal was the key issue of this process. It must be removed by secondary denitrification and external adding carbon source. NF can remove the COD effectively. However, the performance of NF was limited for ammonium and total nitrogen removal. At same time, about 20% concentrate needed further treatment will be produced.
