摘要
介绍了一种低热电势程控扫描开关的设计。单片机ATmega8515通过步进电机控制12路波段开关的转动,实现标准热电偶的测量通道切换功能。该扫描开关可手动操作,也可程控操作,已成功应用于全自动温度校准系统。测试结果表明,该扫描开关极大降低了测量通道的热电势,在计量检定领域具有良好的应用前景。
This paper introduced a design of a kind of program controlled scanners with low thermal EMF. The MCU ATmega8515 controls rotation of a 12-channel hand switch using a step motor in order to achieve the switching function of standard thermocouple measurement channels. The scanner can be operated with either manual mode or remote mode, the designed scheme has been applied in an automatic temperature calibrator successfully. The result indicates that the scanner has decreased thermal EMF of measurement channels greatly. The experiments show that the design is very promising in metrological verification field.
