HPLC同时检测食品接触材料中三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸单体迁移量 被引量:17

Simultaneous determination of melamine and cyanuric acid in food contact material by HPLC

摘要 建立了一种用液相色谱技术检测分析食品接触材料中三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸单体迁移量的方法。样品采用水、4%乙酸和10%乙醇3种模拟物进行浸泡。色谱分离采用Phenomenex Luna NH2柱,柱温:30℃,流动相为乙腈-5 mmol/L,pH=6.5 PBS缓冲溶液(75∶25,V/V),流速1.0 mL/min,DAD检测波长为214 nm。在优化条件下,三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸分别在0.1~110 mg/L和0.3~135 mg/L范围内,峰面积和质量浓度线性关系良好。在0.5 mg/L的添加水平下,三聚氰胺和三聚氰酸的平均回收率分别为101.7%~102.2%和88.0%~88.9%,相对标准偏差分别为2.45%~3.42%和3.54%~4.10%,检出限分别为0.02 mg/L和0.08 mg/L。方法可同时测定食品接触材料中三聚氰胺与三聚氰酸单体迁移量。 A method was developed for the determination of melamine and cyanuric acid by HPLC.Samples were extracted with H2O,4% acetic acid,10% ethanol.The separation was performed on a Phenomenex Luna NH2 column at 30 ℃ with the mobile phase(acetonotrile/PBS(5 mmol/L,pH=6.5) 75∶25 V:V) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min with detection at 214 nm.Linear responses were observed for samples in the ranges from 0.1 to 110 mg/L and from 0.3 to 135 mg/L.The method provided recoveries of 101.7%~102.2% and 88.0%~88.9% in the concentration of 0.5 mg/L for melamine and cyanuric acid,RSDs were 2.45%~3.42% and 3.54%~4.10%,respectively.The LODs were 0.02 mg/L for melamine and 0.08 mg/L for cyanuric acid.
