摘要
目的:建立一种检测血清中硫酸阿米卡星的微生物检测方法,并用于临床监测。方法:以枯草芽孢杆菌作为检定菌,利用抗生素在一定的剂量范围内,抗生素的对数剂量与其所致的抑菌圈直径大小呈直线关系。结果:线性范围1-32μg/ml,线性回归方程:logC=0.1262D-1.8312,r=0.9989。检测方法稳定可靠。结论:此法操作简便,灵敏度高,可用于临床监测硫酸阿米卡星血药浓度。
Objective: To set up a method of detection for serum Amikacin sulfate by microorganism and to applicate it in clinic.Methods: Bacillus subtilis were used as the detected bacterium to determin the Amikacin dosage that the logarithm of Amikacin sulfate dosage and bacteriostasis diameter was linear relationship.Results: The Amikacin sulfate dosage was 1~32μg/ml and the equation of linear regression was logC=0.1262D-1.8312,r=0.9989.Conclusion: The method is convenient and sensibility.It can be used to detect Amikacin sulfate concentration in clinic.
