摘要
针对大学生的自我管理自我教育问题,采用文献归纳的方法,分析辅导员在大学生自我管理、自我教育中的作用,提出辅导员拓宽工作途径、提高素质修养以及在大学生自我教育和自我管理中遵循的原则等建议。研究结果对提升辅导员在大学生自我管理、自我教育中的作用有指导意义。
To solve the problem in university students’self-management and self-education,document inductive method is adopted for the analysis of university counselors’functions in students’self-management and self-education.Here are suggestions on developing more work methods,enhancing quality and adhering to the principles in students’self-management and self-education.The research result will offer much guidance in improving university counselors’functions in the students’self-management and self-education
