摘要
本文分析了我国医学影像学人才培养现状及其存在的问题，探讨了第三军医大学第三附属医院野战外科研究所医学影像学专业人才培养模式。为了培养既具备较强的临床和教学能力，又具有独立的科研能力，能够承担一定科研任务的医学影像学高级人才，第三军医大学第三附属医院野战外科研究所放射科根据我国高等医学院校医学影像学学科现有的基础条件，结合国内外医学影像学学科发展格局，构建了一套规范化人才培训体系，即集临床医疗、教学、科研三者相辅相成的培训体系，并从量和质两个方面建立了教学效果评估体系。这一培训体系应用于放射科住院医师的培训实践后，收到了较好的培训效果。
The purpose of this paper is to analyze the current status and problems of the medical imaging personnel training in our country, and to explore a new model of medical imaging personnel training in higher medical colleges. In order to train high quality medical imaging talents with both strong clinical and teaching capacity, and independent ability in scientific research who can undertake a certain number of scientific research tasks, a set of training systems has been constructed with the interaction and integration of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research ability training based on the present fundamental conditions of the medical imaging subject in higher medical colleges and the development pattern of the subject both at home and abroad. A training effect evaluating system was also well designed from two aspects of the quantity and the quality. The application of the new training systems in radiology resident training has produced satisfactory results.
