摘要
文章介绍了日本石油天然气金属矿产资源机构(以下简称"JOGMEC")及其下属的金属矿产资源情报中心运作情况。通过对JOGMEC金属矿产资源情报中心的竞争情报工作的研究,了解JOGMEC是如何运用其优势资源对全球金属矿产资源信息进行高效、合理的收集和分析,服务于日本政府和其跨国企业,参与并执行全球矿业开采、加工等一系列的产业链工作,使其收集的全球金属矿产资源信息成为政府和企业用于战略决策的情报。
This paper introduces the operation situation of the Japan Oil, Gas and Metals National Corporation （hereinafter referred to as JOGMEC） and it＇ s subordinate metallic mineral resources information center.Through the research of the competitive intelligence work of the metallic mineral resources information center of JOGMEC, this paper explains that how JOGMEC efficiently and reasonably collect and analyze global metallic mineral resources information with it＇s advantages, serves for the government and multinational enterprises in Japan, participate and execute gloval mining, processing and a range of industial chain, and make global metallic mineral resources information collected by it be the intelligence that used to make strategic decision by government and enternrises.
