摘要
本试验采用干旱和铁盐等不同处理研究对油松种子萌发的影响,对种子发芽率、发芽指数等指标进行统计。结果表明:不同浓度的干旱及铁盐存在时,种子发芽率和发芽指数均受到明显的抑制。随着干旱及铁盐浓度的增大,抑制作用呈现由强变弱的趋势。
Pinus tabulaeformis seed in the experiment was done in different concentrations of drought stress and different concentrations of EDTA-Fe germination under the experimental conditions.The seed research for seed germination and index for a statistical indicators.Results showed that soaking a mixture of different conditions for seed germination tabulaeformis physiological indicators have a significant impact,and a certain amount of relevant laws.With the drought and EDTA-Fe concentration increases,the inhibition showed a trend from strong to weak.
