摘要
危险天气影响区域的划设是进行航班改航路径规划的关键,笔者提出一种新的飞行受限区域划设方法及评估方案。针对现有方法的不足,提出基于Graham算法的初始飞行受限区划设方法。在此基础上,综合考虑危险天气的移动、边界变化和随机因素的影响,提出动态飞行受限区的划设方法,并给出3个用于评估飞行受限区划设优劣的指标。最后,以我国西南雷暴多发地区为例进行仿真验证,结果表明,笔者所提方法能够快速有效地对危险天气进行划设,弥补了现有方法的不足,具有很强的应用性。
Establishment of the influence area caused by severe weather is the key to plan the flight rerouting path.According to the deficiencies of existing methods,the method for establishing the initial flight forbidden area based on Graham algorithm is proposed.Then,considering the movement and change of the severe weather and stochastic factors,the dynamic flight forbidden area is established.Besides,3 indexes are selected to evaluate the flight forbidden area.Finally,a simulated case caused by thunderstorms occurring in Southwest China is studied.The results show that the flight forbidden area can be established rapidly and effectively by using the proposed method,and this method makes up the shortages of others.
