摘要
介绍了一种含体积型缺陷输气管道改输油管道的安全评价方法。该方法首先通过管道的无损检测确定管道的缺陷类型和几何尺寸;其次再测试管材的理化性能,并与管材的技术规格要求进行对比,判断管材性能是否满足输送钢管的要求;最后,结合缺陷尺寸和管材性能数据,对管道的剩余强度进行评价,确定由输气改输油后管材的适用性及安全运行压力。通过设计实例计算评价了某输气管道改输油后管道的安全工作压力。
This article introduced a safety evaluation method of converting gas pipeline with volume-type defects into oil pipeline.Firstly,the defects type in the pipeline and geometric dimension could be identified through the non-destructive test to pipeline;secondly,the physical and chemical properties were tested and compared with the requirements of pipe technology specification,to judge whether the pipe can meet the requirements of transporting pipe specification;finally,the residual strength of pipeline was evaluated in combination with defect size and the data of pipe properties,the applicability and the safe operation pressure after converting someone gas pipeline into oil pipeline were determined,and the safe operation pressure was evaluated through design example calculation.
