摘要
捷联式自动垂直钻井系统是针对高陡构造及大倾角地层的防斜打快难题而提出的一种新型自动垂直钻井工具。在小井斜动态旋转条件下,提出一种新的捷联式自动垂直钻井井斜、方位角动态测量算法,并针对不同倾斜角、不同钻铤转速等因素对算法进行仿真研究。结果表明,未经误差补偿的动态解算结果可用于自动垂直钻井的方位角动态测量,只是其精度受倾斜角和方位角影响;经过误差函数补偿后,方位角解算精度得到显著提高,算法不再受倾斜角和方位角影响。理论计算、地面台架实验和垂直钻井现场实验均表明该算法有效可行,能够满足捷联式垂直钻井系统的井斜、方位角动态测量精度需求。
The strap-down automatic vertical drilling system (AVDS) is a new automatic vertical drilling tool for deviation control and fast drilling in precipitous structure area. Under little inclination angle and dynamical rotary conditions, a new inclination and azimuth dynamical measurement algorithm is proposed for strap-down AVDS. Simulated is dynamical algorithm by different inclination angles and rotating velocities, the result of which shows that the calculation values without calibration are close to true azimuth, although the errors are influenced by inclination angle and true azimuth. By using a simple error compensation function, the calculating precision of azimuth can be further improved. The simulation results, ground bench test and vertical drilling field experiment all have certified the effectiveness and feasibility of the algorithm, which can be used to dynamical azimuth and inclination measurements in automatic vertical drilling.
