摘要
分析和总结了国内外粮食干燥品质变化及评价方法的研究现状,指出了当前的评价标准不适合于干燥粮食品质评价体系。深入研究粮食干燥的品质特征性指标,把握粮食干燥品质变化规律,建立一套科学、合理的粮食干燥品质评价体系,为高水分粮食干燥条件的选取和干燥设备的研制,提供理论支持和技术指导。
This paper analyzed and summarized the current condition of grain drying quality evaluation methods in domestic and international research,and indicated the current evaluation criteria was not suitable for drying grain quality evaluation system.We should in-depth study the sensitive quality parameters,grasp the changes of drying grain quality,and to establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation drying system for providing theoretical support and technical guidance of high moisture grain drying equipment selection and development.
