摘要
蒸发是氧化铝生产的重要工序之一,其能耗的高低直接制约了氧化铝生产工业的发展。提出了以体系能量分析为基础,找出高耗能且具高节能潜力的系统、单元或设备,有针对性地采取过程能量优化、更新升级设备、改进现有流程和开发应用新工艺等手段,实现节能降耗的经济实用的技术路线,并以氧化铝蒸发工序节能降耗为例进行了具体的分析说明。
The evaporation is one of the key processes of alumina production,whose energy consumption directly affects the development of alumina production industry.An economic and practical measure is put forward to achieve energy saving and consumption lowering for aluminum evaporation process.Firstly,based on the energy analysis,the system,process or equipment which has high energy consumption and high energy saving potential in the alumina evaporation process have been investigated.Secondly,by optimizing the process energy,the energy-saving technical solution for upgrading the equipment,improving existed processes and developing new processes pertinently is proposed.An example analysis shows that the measure can achieve the purpose of saving energy and lowering consumption for aluminum evaporation process effectively.
