摘要
针对大牛地气田水平井增产的需要,通过建立气藏水平井分段压裂产能模型,优化了致密气藏水平井分段压裂裂缝参数;研究了套管井机械封隔分段压裂工艺、裸眼井水力喷射定点分段压裂工艺、裸眼封隔器分段压裂与完井一体化工艺,形成了适合大牛地气田水平井分段压裂的关键技术;现场试验表明,分段压裂配套技术较好地实现了水平井增产稳产,为水平井在大牛地气田的工业化应用提供了支撑。
According to the need of increase production for horizontal wells in Daniudi gas field,the staged fracturing deliverability model of horizontal well was established,the staged fracturing parameters were optimized,and the staged fracturing technologies were studied,including mechanical plugging,open hole hydraulic jetting,external packer and completion integrated technology,the key techniques of staged fracturing in horizontal well suited for Daniudi gas field were formed.The field application showed that the staged fracturing matching technologies could improve the production of horizontal well,and provided technical director for industrialization application in Daniudi gas field.
