两种防霉剂抑制黄曲霉菌及禾谷镰刀菌的生长和饲料防霉效果研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究的主要目的是评估并比较丙酸钙复合型和高效复合型防霉剂抑制黄曲霉菌及禾谷镰刀菌的生长和饲料防霉效果。研究采用体外抑菌(禾谷镰刀菌F.0705和黄曲霉菌)试验和饲料破坏性试验两种方法进行。结果表明:两种防霉剂对禾谷镰刀菌(F.0705)和黄曲霉菌均有抑制作用,而且,随着防霉剂浓度的增大,其抑菌效果增强;从饲料破坏性试验来看:在第9 d和13 d采样时,两种防霉剂处理过的饲料霉菌总数极显著低于空白对照组(P<0.01),而且添加的防霉剂浓度越大,饲料中霉菌总数越少。总体来看,高效复合型防霉剂的抑制效果优于丙酸钙复合型。 The main purpose of this study is to assess and compare the effect of mildew proof between compound propionic calcium and compound high performance mould inhibitors.In this study,two methods were used,which were anti-fungus(Fusarium graminearum F.0705 and Aspergillus flavus) and feed destructive testing.The results showed that: The two mould inhibitors worked well on Fusarium graminearum(F.0705) and Aspergillus flavus,the growth of which were inhibited.And the more concentration of mould inhibitors,the more efficient was the inhibitory effects.According to feed destructive testing,in the ninth and thirteenth days,the total fungi of the feed that contained the mould inhibitors was significantly lower than the control group(P0.01),and the more concentration of mould inhibitors in feed,the less total fungi.Overall,compound high performance mould inhibitor is superior to compound propionic calcium.
