摘要
2008年5月以来,海峡两岸彼此在政策上的有所调整以及双方间在政治上确立了基本的互信,使得台湾海峡两岸关系之间出现了难得的和平发展的历史性机遇。虽然两岸之间的政治互信开始建立,但也需要承认,两岸执政当局之间的政治互信还是相当地脆弱。要不断地巩固与增进两岸政治互信,做到巩固基础、坚持"反独",把握主题、破解难题,尊重对方、尊重现状,政治对话、两岸治理。
Since May 2008,the two sides across Taiwan Strait have witnessed a rare historic opportunity for peace and development in the relationship between the Straits owing to mutual adjustments on the policy and basic trust in politics.Although the political trust between the two sides started to build,it is acknowledged that political trust between the ruling authorities on both sides is also very fragile.To strengthen and promote mutual political trust between the two sides,the following should be done： consolidate foundation,oppose Taiwan independence,grasp the subject,master the challenges;respect for each other,respect for the status quo,political dialogue from two sides and Strait governance.
