论述了信息时代下,图书馆参考咨询工作中引入知识管理的必要性及在参考咨询工作中开展知识营销的可行性;对图书馆参考咨询服务开展知识营销的工作内容进行了探讨,列举了国家图书馆参考咨询服务中开展知识营销的案例。
In the information age,the paper dtscusses the necessity of introducing the knowledge management in library reference work,the feasibility of carrying out the knowledge marketing in library reference services,and discusses the content of library reference service marketing further more,lists the knowledge marketing cases in National Library's reference work.
