摘要
分析了矿山机电专业人才培养模式现状,提出了存在的问题。从矿山机电专业行动领域的分析与专业定位出发,构建了"三阶段、二交替、一轮岗"的"工学交替"矿山机电专业高职人才培养模式。
This paper analyzes training mode status quo in the specialty of mine machinery and electricity, puts forward the existing problems.Starting from mine machinery and electricity action field analysis and professional positioning,building a＂three stages,two alternatives,one work shift＂work - integrated learning talents training mode.
