按订单设计定制产品设计系统的开发与应用

摘要 按订单设计定制产品是一种定制深度较深的大批量定制类型,设计过程比较复杂,设计的自动化程度较低.本文以汽车座椅滑道推送测试设备为研究对象,采用VB语言,结合Access、Solidworks和Mat lab等软件,开发了面向订单设计(ETO)定制产品的设计系统,并在实际设计生产中应用. The design for the engineer-to-order product is very difficult,so the customized degree of the engineer-to-order product is deeper in mass customization.Combining with access database,Solidworks and Matlab,VB language is used to develop the design system by the areticle,the design system can be looked as a platform for ETO product design.The validity of the system has been proved by some cases.
