摘要
通过对塔六点蓟马触角上感器的种类、分布、形态等进行观察分析,为明确触角感器在该虫的食物寻找和交配行为中的作用奠定基础。采用扫描电镜技术对雌雄塔六点蓟马成虫的触角感器形态进行观察,塔六点蓟马触角上存在5种感器,即毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、角形感器、腔锥形感器,对其触角感器的形态和分布特点进行描述。其感器类型和分布无性别差异,就相应感器的功能进行探讨。对该种昆虫触角感器类型与功能的研究有利于进一步了解捕食性天敌昆虫搜寻食物的机理。
The shape and types of sensilla and their distribution were observed and described in order to understand the effect of these sensilla for feeding behavior and mating behavior. The ultra-structure of sensilla on antenna of both female and male adult Scolothrips takahashii was observed with a scanning electron microscope. The results showed that there are five types of sensilla in adult antenna; they were sensilla trichodea, sensilla chaetica, sensilla basiconc, sensilla ceratoid and sensilla coeloconicum. The shape of these sensilla and their distribution were described. The sensilla have the same types and distributions between sexes, their functions were discussed. We can know further the principle of feeding behavior by way of research of types and functions of predation insects.
