摘要
采用基于有限元法的HFSS电磁仿真软件,对TE103单模微波烧结腔模型进行仿真,模拟了BJ-22型腔体的场分布云图,通过精确的图形显示和色彩对比来表征微波电场在烧结腔内的分布。实测了TE103单模微波烧结腔内的微波电场分布情况。研究表明:HFSS电磁仿真软件可以对单模微波烧结腔内的微波电场分布进行仿真,所得结果与实测结果吻合。
BJ-22 cavity body's field contour distribution of the TE103 single mode cavity microwave sintering model is simulated by using high frequency simulator software (HFSS) based on the finite element method. The distribution of microwave electric field in the sintering cavity is characterized through accurate graphics and color contrast. Meanwhile, the microwave electric field distribution of real TE103 single mode cavity are measured through real experiments. Experiments show that the measured results conform to the contour of field distribution obtained by numeric simulation.
