摘要
世界发达国家和地区实施的"绿色壁垒"导致我国农产品出口总量大幅下降,并增加了我国农产品生产、出口的成本和贸易纠纷。应对"绿色壁垒"的挑战,必须树立环保和农产品质量安全意识,积极发展生态农业,推进农业生产标准化,加强对产地和农业投入品的监管,实行农产品市场准入制度和质量追溯制度,加快认证和品牌建设,建立公开、透明的农产品质量安全信息发布制度。
The implementation of "Green Trade Barrier" has caused a dramatic decrease in China’s total agro- product export,which,as a result,increased the cost of production and export of China’s agro-products,as well as the number of the trade disputes.In order to address the challenges of "Green Trade Barrier",it is necessary to establish a sense of environmental protection and quality safety of agro-products,encourage the development of ecological agriculture,standardize agro-production,strengthen the regulation of the place of origin and agricultural inputs,implement "Market Access System"and"Quality Tracing System "for the agro-products,accelerate brand certification and brand building,and set up an open and transparent information release system for quality and safety of agro-products.
