摘要
水化放热量与水化程度有直接关系,水化热的变化可反映水化程度的变化,水灰比对水化放热量的影响反映了水灰比对水化程度的影响。水灰比越高,水泥的可化合水越多,可容纳水化产物的微观空间越大,进而使得水泥浆的水化程度越充分。刚开始,水灰比对水泥水化生热率的影响并不明显;但经过一定时间后,生热率随水灰比的增加而提高。当水灰比由0.3增加到0.6时,28 d期水化热增加120 kJ/kg。
Since the heat of hydration is directly related to the degree of hydration,the heat generation is affected by the w/c ratio.Cement with a high w/c ratio has more water and microstructural space available for hydration of cement,which in turn results in a higher degree of hydration.The rate of heat evolution at very beginning is not significantly affected by the w/c ratio.However,the heat evolution rate starts to decrease as the w/c ratio decreases after a certain time.The total heat liberated increases more than 120 kJ/kg when the w/c changes from 0.3 to 0.6.
