摘要 电缆的导通电阻和绝缘电阻测试,是航天器控制系统测试的重要项目之一。针对航天器电缆测试的特点,提出了上位机、下位机和电缆接口转接箱组成的电缆测试仪的技术方案。上位机通过RS-232总线协议利用串口和下位机相连,对下位机采集的数据信号进行处理和显示。下位机由单片机系统和信号转换系统组成,通过继电器矩阵实现对多个测试点的选择和测量,通过转接接口模块实现对多种型号电缆的测试,具有测试快速、通用的优点。 The test of connected and insulated resistance of the cable is the key test content of aircraft control system.The technical approach on a new test instrument is put forward here.The test instrument is composed of upper computer,lower computer and cable interface adaptor.The upper computer is connected with the lower computer by the serial port under the RS-232 bus protocol.The sample data signals of lower computer is sent to the upper computer to be dealed with and displayed.The lower computer is composed of single-chip system and signal switch system.The matrix relay is used to chose and test many different ponits,and the cable interface adaptor is used to match different kind of aircraft cable interface and to realized the goal of testing connected and insulated resistance of multi-type aircraft cable quickly.
