摘要
采用复合材料结构设计及优化方法,通过编译程序将工程软件CATIA、分析计算软件MSC.PATRAN和优化软件iSIGHT结合,将基于CAD/CAE技术的复合材料结构设计及优化技术融入飞机设计中,有效优化飞机复合材料结构,减轻飞机结构质量。该方法的优点是:(1)在设计铺层阶段就考虑铺层在复杂曲面上的展开形状;(2)能便捷地优化复合材料的结构设计。
Based on CATIA, analysis software MSC. PATRAN and optimization software iSIGHT, it describes the method of aircraft composite material structure design and optimization. This method can be optimize the aircraft composite material structure and reduce the weight of the aircraft. The key elements of the approach are outspread the composite material surface in design phase. The method is able to rapidly optimize the composite material structure.
