胃癌根治术后早期肠内营养与肠外营养的疗效比较 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨胃癌根治术后经鼻肠营养管早期肠内营养(early enteral nutrition EEN)的疗效。方法将61例胃癌术后患者随机分成早期肠内营养组31例和全胃肠外营养(total pareteral nutrition TPN)组30例。比较两种营养支持的疗效。结果 EEN组与TPN组相比,术后肛门排气时间显著提前(P<0.05),术后住院时间显著缩短(P<0.05),体重消耗值显著减少(P<0.05),营养结束后第2天的血清总蛋白、清蛋白水平有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论经鼻肠营养管EEN比TPN优越,简便易行,宜予推广。 Objective To explore the cost - effectiveness of early enteral nutrition ( EEN ) via nosa - jejunum tube after radical gastric carcinoma resection. Methods Divide the 61 eases of patients with radical gastric carcinoma resection into two groups randomly :31 cases of early enteral nutrition and 30 eases of total parenteral nutrion ( TPN ). Compare the effects of the two nutrition supportive treatments. Results After surgery, Compared with that of the TPN group, EEN group has an earlier time of anal exhaust ( P 〈 0. 05 ) , a shorter duration of stay in hospital ( P 〈 0. 05 ), a markedly decline in value of weight consumption ( P 〈 0.05 ). On the second day after nutrition ,the differences in either serum total albumen levels or serum albumin levels are both significantly ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Via nosa - jejunum tube nutrition , EEN is more benefi- cial and convenient, also a preferable recommendation.
