HIF-1α和C-MYC基因在肿瘤发生过程中的研究 被引量:1

摘要 HIF具有促进肿瘤血管的增生、促进肿瘤细胞在相对缺氧状态下的能量供应、促进红细胞生成、细胞周期调控、肿瘤细胞凋亡、侵袭和转移以及放疗化疗抵抗性等方面促进肿瘤的作用。myc可促进细胞分裂、参与细胞凋零、具有转化细胞的能力、并具有与染色体DNA结合的特性,在调节细胞生长、分化及恶性转化中发挥作用。
