HPLC法测定不同枣品种果实中白桦酯酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量 被引量:19

摘要 建立枣果实中白桦酯酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸的高效液相色谱(HPLC)分析方法。色谱条件:仪器为高效液相色谱仪(Agilent 1200)及其工作站;色谱柱为Hypersil BDSC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇:水=90:10,磷酸调pH为3.0;流速:0.6mL/min;进样体积:5μL;柱温:18℃;吸收波长:210nm。利用建立的分析方法对20个枣品种果实中白桦酯酸、齐墩果酸和熊果酸的含量进行了测定和比较。结果表明:枣果实中3种三萜酸得到了良好分离,不同枣品种果实中3种三萜酸含量差异显著。其中白桦酯酸含量最高的品种为'晋枣',齐墩果酸和熊果酸含量最高的品种是'长红枣',3种三萜酸总含量较高的品种为'长红枣'、'南京枣'和'灰枣'。 The determination of betulic acid, oleanic acid and ursolic acid in Chinese Jujube by HPLC was studied. Hypersil BDS C18 ( 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μ m ) column was used. The mobile phase was as follows: V (methanol):V(H 2 O)=90:10, pH=3.0 and the flow rate was 0.6 mL/min. The sample injection volume was 5 μ L. The column temperature was 18℃ . The detection wavelength was 210 nm. In this research, the contents of betulic acid, oleanic acid and ursolic acid in different Chinese jujube cultivars were tested and analyzed by the method of HPLC. The results showed distinct differences in the contents of betulic acid, oleanic acid and ursolic acid among different cultivars. ‘ Jinzao ’ had the highest content of betulic acid. ‘ Changhongzao ’ had the highest content of oleanic acid and ursolic acid. ‘ Changhongzao ’ , ‘ Nanjingzao ’ and ‘ Huizao ’ had higher contents of above mentioned three aids.
