Graves病的个体化治疗 被引量：15

摘要 甲状腺功能亢进症（简称甲亢）是常见的内分泌疾病，2010年我国十城市甲状腺疾病流行病学调查结果显示甲亢患病率为1．1％，其中Graves病占所有甲亢病因中的85％。目前国内外均主要采用以下3种方法治疗甲亢：（1）抗甲状腺药物；（2）放射碘治疗；（3）手术。每种方法都有其优缺点。在临床工作中，往往面临的问题是针对某个甲亢患者应选择何种治疗方式更好，因此强调个体化治疗。本文主要介绍抗甲状腺药物治疗。
