摘要
转化催化剂是轻烃水蒸气制氢装置的核心催化剂,造成催化剂中毒或缩短使用寿命的因素较多,文章对各种影响因素进行了深入分析,并对催化剂积炭和催化剂硫、氯中毒后活性的恢复提出了应对措施。
The reforming catalyst is critical in hydrogen generation by light hydrocarbon steam reforming. There are many factors which will poison the catalyst and shorten the catalyst life. The various impact factors of light-hydrocarbon steam reforming catalyst are studied in detail, and measures for minimization of coking on catalyst and sulfur and chlorine poisoning of catalyst are proposed.
