摘要
对碱地风毛菊(Saussurea runcinata)苗期分别以NaCl和Na2SO4进行胁迫,浓度为0(CK)、60mmol/L、120mmol/L、180mmol/L、240mmol/L、300mmol/L、360mmol/L,通过对其氮代谢关键指标的研究,探讨盐胁迫对碱地风毛菊苗期氮代谢的影响。结果表明:盐胁迫下,碱地风毛菊中可溶性蛋白质含量增加,叶片中硝态氮含量和谷氨酰胺合成酶活性下降,根系中硝态氮含量和谷氨酰胺合成酶活性升高;NaCl胁迫下硝酸还原酶活性下降,Na2SO4胁迫下硝酸还原酶活性出现轻微升高的现象。
The experiment was carried out to determine the key indexes of nitrogen metabolism in Saussurea runcinata seedling under NaCl and Na2SO4 stress(0,60,120,180,240,300 and 360 mmol/L) and to discuss the effects of salt stress on nitrogen metabolism indexes.The results showed that the soluble protein in Saussurea runcinata seedling increased under salt stress,and that the content of NO3-N and glutamine synthase activity in leaves decreased,and that the content of NO3-N and glutamine synthase activity in roots increased.Nitrate reductase activity in Saussurea runcinata seedling decreased under the NaCl stress,but slightly increased under Na2SO4 stress.
