摘要
宋代的社会救济事业在政府和民间的双重影响之下,救济水平和范围远远的超越前代,在灾害救济、贫困救济和民间救济等方面都有一系列相对完备的救济机构和举措。虽然这些举措还存在着一些缺陷,而其阶级性也注定了它始终脱离不了统治者恩赐的社会救济的性质,但它对宋代社会的稳定和社会生产的发展起到了积极的促进作用。宋代的社会救济制度在我国古代社会救济事业发展史上占有重要地位。
